Return Policy

For purchases made from http://voltedge.com, customers have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date of purchase.

Original purchase receipt must accompany any product to be returned or exchanged.

Product must be returned in their original condition, in their original and undamaged packaging, to be eligible for return. Product that is returned incomplete, damaged, or tampered with will not be accepted for return.

Refunds

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item which usually takes 7-10 business days once received.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Any return received that is ineligible for credit will be accepted with no credit issued, and will become the property of VoltEdge, LLC.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable and you must ship in an appropriate carton to prevent damage and use a carrier that utilizes tracking numbers with status information.  VoltEdge will not be responsible for damage or loss in-transit, and we suggest adding shipment insurance to your return shipment for added protection.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if a shipping label is issued by VoltEdge™.

VoltEdge™ Product Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods only purchased from VoltEdge™ LLC (the “Physical Product”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material, components or craftsmanship under normal usage and wear and tear scenarios during the Warranty Period.

During the Warranty Period, VoltEdge™ will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that prove to be defective because of improper material, components or manufacturing process, under normal use and conditions.

What will we do to correct problems?

VoltEdge™ will either repair the Product at no charge, using new or refurbished replacement parts or send out a replacement product.

How long does the warranty coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from VoltEdge is 1 year from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Product or part assumes the remaining warranty period of the original Physical Product or 90 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

What does this limited warranty not cover?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:

Physical abuse, malfunctions or product damage not resulting from defects in material, craftsmanship or the manufacturing process.
